Don't know what you mean but anyways, I upgraded my forum to 4.0.2 and this issue is history since I'm using the default style now. I can confirm that the What's New tab can't be disabled.

I'm no coder or something. I'm new to vBulletin too. Maybe someone esle knows how to fix this problem.

I uninstalled this since it caused some issues. In my admin panel the options on the left side are still there.

EDIT: Deleted the uploaded files and it disappeared. Problem solved.

Thanks for the help.

I've done that, added a few more tabs, clicked yes to hide What's New, but it still shows up. Any suggestions?

This has been covered. The first thing you must do before installing any add-on is to read the entire thread associated with it. Yes, we all know that's a pain, but so are questions for stuff that's already been answered.
