I have your sub-forum manager installed installed but how do I make the last post show like how the site I posted above does it?

I really need to know this ASAP, any help would be appreciated.

i just installed and working fine, but my mobile style from vbulletin totally wont work (blank page) if i enable this mod, but working again if i disable this mod.

any clue?

How do I make the red highlighted section organized like the blue section? (Eastern Conference Forum, RED) There is too much spacing and it all over the place.

th order of the sub forum remains saim i have chkd all options but they show like this
