Sorry Ziad, a couple of users get this error...
I think, if the username contains a character like ' you get a mysql error.

Actually I think that error is because:
"Data too long for column 'useragent' "

You seem to be running a really strict version of mysql.

Ziad, I think that I'am (also you) resolve this issue in mySQl's my.ini !

I changed:
