While we're very pleased with the stability of Zoints Local 1.0's Gold release, due to the Thanksgiving holiday here in the USA, we have decided to delay its release until Monday. This will:

1. Allow for further testing to ensure maximum stability
2. Allow our engineers to enjoy the holiday

I uploaded all the UPLOAD files to the right directories , even the htaccess file .... AND the product .... everything right ... i used FlashFXP

and it just goes to a 404 NOT FOUND page ... dangit :hurt:

Go to yourdomain.com/z/install/manager.php and uncheck the mod_rewrite option. See if that helps.

I had read earlier last week (and I can't remmeber where now) but what do we need to do to get user uploaded pictures (and use avatars) to work properly? I've CHMOD'd things as instructed but files aren't showing up (and the software is not pulling the users avatar automatically). There are a few pieces of software that put pictures local (as opposed to in the database, which is preferable to most people I think. my database is a pain as it is to backup without pictures).

What needs to be done?

I've installed this software, but when I click on the my profile option in the zoints dropdown, it brings up a 404 not found error... the url is
http://www.landofthepinkbunnies.co.uk/z/Mr-C/

and the zoints is installed in the /z/ folder.

Is the .htaccess file in the /z/ folder? If so, please do what Pulsorock quoted above as that means mod_rewrite is not enabled on your server. If not, upload it from the rewrite folder to /z/

i have folowing problem:

when i'm logged in in the forum everything is ok

when i go on zoint then my girlfriend is logged in
but just there!
in the forum i'm logged in

She is logged in on the Zoints profiles on your forum? Or are you talking about zoints.com? You don't have to be logged in at Zoints.com, it is a separate site and system.
