Have you imported the english language file

Resolved the problem.

I imported the new language file and re-uploaded the xml product file and its now English.

I have uninstalled all files and through the admincp, reinstalled and I can confirm that the chatbox works only on the theme that I was currently using during the time of the install, and just shows loading on all other themes, with the problem of the page jump when clicking on any of the chatbox icons as well.

I don't know if its a cookie issue, but its interesting that it only works on the theme that I'm using during the install. This would be why the chatbox would only work for members using the same theme that was being used by me during the install and nobody else using a different theme.

I'm not trying to be negative, Just trying to help you track down the bugs.
