Any suggestions? As it stands right now, I cannot even log back on to the forum.

How did you uninstalled it? It seems not all has been removed like it should.

To get back to your board you need to disable hooks via config.php

When I uninstalled it, I uploaded the kill_xperience.php and ran it. After that I started removing all the files I uploaded via FTP. I don't think I got any further than that.

I was looking through my config.php and did not see any switches for disabling hooks.

I don't know what you mean by disable. You can disable the whole displaying of both by switching it off in settings.

I just sent you a PM with the site info. I am now running the recount again and you'll see the errors that will come up and double calculations when it rolls over in the activities panel. I never get past the "3 months registered" achievement. Never gets to the 1 year, etc. and then the rest of the achievements.

I noticed there was also an error in the 1 year achievements - it says "719" in the "days since registering" part of the details of the achievement. I changed it to 365 and saved it. I can't imagine this happened random and I guess it's an error in the install data.

I also noticed that the "Overdrive" was set to 100 days. I fixed that and put in 3650 for 10 years. But I noticed that this last achievement will not allow me to have the system save "replace... Veteran." It defaults to a dash (no selection) after saving. I also can't change the names of these achievements either.

Got it - the source of the bug was the dates that were pre-entered into the vBexperience achievements above. It is now processing everythin correctly. The only item outstanding but right now is the Overdrive bug that doesn't allow replacement of the Veteran nor does it allow renaming the name of the achievements (won't save.)

Maybe, someone can help me in my question:
How can I use my own pictures for awards ect.?
I tried to upload a .png file and want to chose it from the dropdown menue in the award options, but I could not find it. It is not listet there althoug I uploaded it via ftp in the correct folder.
Do those images need a specific file format?
I have had used macromedia fireworks 8 to greate this .png images

1. Those are custom award where I assigned it to user manually using their user ID.
2. Those stats are always at the top of "Recently assigned Awards and Achievments".
3. Its being update constantly whenever user make a post. Lets say I awarded A and B. If A posted then A get award; 10 minutes later if B posted then A returned the award and B got the award.

Is there anyway around it? l want to have like an award system so if I entered A, B, C and D user IDs then I want them all to have the award without returning it.

I ended up solving this by manually editing the xperience_awards_showcase and xperience_achievements_showcase to use the divs.

Would still be interested in knowing which variable to use to get the custom location to use, though. I tried a few things after checking the code for the plugin, including {vb:raw awards} and {vb:raw awards.postbit}, but I did not seem to get it to work.

Great mod! Everything is working except the DBTech Likes integration. The install went fine, but it seems the counters inside xperience_stats table aren't getting updated. I tried to figure it out but I'm not familiar with the plugin xml files yet ;-)

Did you recount after or before the plugin? It has to be done after the plugin has been installed.

Does it not write anything or does it not update?

hi,

since i have been using vbexperience 2 members now have suddenly gained far too mnay points.

first was a while ago and he got over a million points of post thanks. i deleted his account and gave him a new account.

now in the last couple of days another member has now suddenly got 2,147,484,030 points, this time for posts, yet he has only made 14 posts.

i have tried to recount but it makes no difference.

is there anyway i can correct this without deleting this members account

I heared of such an error before, but not in combination with vBExperience. A user on a forum managed by me had this. No solution is known, when this happens the posts (vBulletin maintenance!) gets recounted and all is ok again.

when i install VBexperience it will remove Table PREFIX from queries on "showthread.php" !

I get that error only on "showthread.php" page .

Still, I cannot confirm this. vBExperience is also not modifying any vBulletin variables beside the template hooks.

Which vBulletin version are you using?

On 4.08 and Firefox the content is messed up if I click on the Experience Tab in a Users Profile
