I also have it working fine on a PHP 5.6.x server with vB 4.2.5.

You'll need to provide more information regarding what isn't working or what errors you are seeing.

Did you have it working before you upgraded to 4.2.5?

With vb 4.2.3 everything is ok.

Edit your /includes/config.php file. Make sure when you save it you save it it plain text!

Try adding at the top just under line 1 where it says

one or both of these:

ini_set("display_errors", true);
define('SKIP_ALL_ERRORS', false);

See if it displays any errors related to the add-on..

Version 7.1 has issue with correct time display format.

There is H:i displayed and with %H:%i is like 12:i.

Is any way to solve it ?

VB 4.2.3
