Hey, I've just installed this, but it seems that if I go to /support.php I get an error message and if I go to /microsupport.php I just get a blank page.
Have I missed something and being stupid, or doesn't it like me? I am running vB 4.0.2 |
X you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system? If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation. I get that error when I click the Help Desk. Do I have to set anything up beforehand? And if so, can you show a template that I can follow off of and edit to my liking? Thanks! |
could we have this work with vb 4.2? I'd love to install it.

But, I have a small issue with not default theme: 1. If use this style: http://themeforest.net/item/primus-a...review/3321272 - Open with Primus Blue fluid style, It's ok 2. If use http://themeforest.net/item/primus-a...review/3321272 , Open without fluid, when I creat one question (post ticked), the footer move to up on page to editor content as the image below: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2013/04/18.jpg I'm a new Vbb fan, I have to learn more! So, I don't know how to fix this problem! Please help me check this issue and how to fix it? Thanks in advanced! |

I use file modified but I have a error after when I submit a ticket:
Code:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function convert_wysiwyg_html_to_bbcode() in /home/XXX/public_html/support.php on line 642 |

You can find the file here: ./incluces/functions_wysiwyg.php Simply place it in the same place, but on your forum and this error should be resolved for you :D |
