Does this help fix your issue? It did for me. I went back to "stealth" (private) and didn't know it'd cause an issue with tapatalk.

I just noticed the CMOD settings on most the files are 644 in my directory. Everything seems to be working. Now I'm wondering if some features are missing because of this. I see "add_friend.php," "report_post.php" and some others in the directory. I don't see those features when using Tapatalk.

Great found "worried".. we are working on the client side to support those features. We put it here so you don't need to update the plugin immediately after the app is released.
