Again...I've followed the installation instructions to the letter. I can see the information in the data folder. The data folder has been CHMOD to 777. I've uploaded the .htaccess file to the forum's root. Originally, the sitemap was submitted to Google and, again, I receive no errors from Google regarding the sitemap. Yet...Google shows no URLs associated with it. The plus side...no URLs...no errors...LOL! Yet...the link above still isn't working.

Again...I certainly would appreciate any help. I don't have vBSEO installed...so I know support is probably limited, but I'm at my wits end as to why I'm getting an error 404 page when clicking the above referenced link.

Additional Update...

Issue has been resolved by the great support provided at vBSEO.com.

You can change permissions in the cpanel file manager, its one of the picks on the menu bar.

One dumb question!
I'm running vB 3.8.3 and wrongly installed the 3.6.x version of this MOD!! Is there any difference between these two versions? What should I do totally? replacing the files?!

This is a very useful MOD.

Unfortunately on my site it seems it dosen't work.
For example when I click on "run sitemap generator" I receive back this error:

any ideas why I wouldn't be receiving the email notifications when my email address is in the vbseo sitemap settings?
