First off, this is a fantastic upgrade

But with three forum admin going round in circles for a good few hours can anyone explain how to get around the following problem.

When we try and use the thief option, admin against admin, mods etc
(being big kids at heart) we keep getting the following

The user you are trying to do this option to is protected against it!

In the admin panel, immunity is switched off
Immunity is switched off in every ones profiles

There just don't seem to be anywhere left to click
And now its bugging me

in the ACP VBPlaza > Manage Settings > Protected From Options Usergroups?

do you have the admin/mod usergroup id set? usually 6 for admin if so try deleting the numbers from there and saving

I'm just trying a reinstall of it now, then I will try that.
I'm sure we tried leaving that blank at one stage

I have tried the reinstall, all the options work except the thief for admin and mods.

Saved the immunity category as blank

Searched for people with immunity under the user permissions and non show up

This is now bugging me, since I have spent a good few hours searching for whats causing the problem:surprised:

How can i increase the chances of theif? its too low at the moment one in 15 tries are sucessfull...,

I'm trying to edit someone's profile and whenever I click "save" it immediately gives me this error:

I've used an old class_dm_user.php file to try and get it working which usually fixes the problem but the error is still there.

This is the best hack for vB till date and I love it. now I need to customize it a little.

I want to use the attachment purchase option, charging my users for every download. but i need it in such a way that it is active only for some extensions.

someone please help me do this. i really need it.

(i looked into the plugins and found out that editing the vbplaza_attachment_start.php file in the plugins directory can help. but i m not sure or i don't know how to do that. correct me if i am wrong.)

Go into your Admin control panel
Goto V Plaza
Then click manage options

You will see a list of every option
Click on thief
Down the bottom of the alteration you have a series of boxes
First line is altering the percentage
Set the first box to number, then go across the screen to the last box on that line and set the last box to the percentage you want
