Did you did Import the xml file from... Admin CP / Plugin & Products / Manage Products/ Add/Import Product... and install it as a product?

That's the only other thing I can think of.

Files in the right place and the xml file installed as a product should provide the joy.

Working pretty well on 3.7.3. I'm trying to get the lottery to work to no avail and a manual run of the lottery cron just hangs.

All else seems fine so far.

Members on my site are complaining that the Poker room keeps refreshing and members are getting kicked out of the game. Is there anyone else who has had this problem and does anyone know a solution?

I've modified the code to add a multi card chute with variable penetration to the BLackJack game and code to preserve the original sequence of the video poker cards.

Where is the reload delay?

The reload delay is admin cp/casino/game settings/texas holdem/Reload delay (in milliseconds)

I think everyone has a problem with getting kicked out of holdem. Shared servers more than dedicated, but dedicated with high server loads is just as bad. Adjusting the reload delay seems to have little effect. You can however, limit the number of players which makes a huge difference. I am on a shared server and 6 people can play all night with few or no errors. When I get 8 or more at the poker table it gets real bad. Those with slow internet connections seem effected most. There is no solution in this thread.

For the die hard fans like my members...when you see your cursor turn to an hourglass hit "back" and then "forward" on your browser as fast as you can...and you will only lose the chat in the chat box...not your cards.

It sucks that this happens...but my members would kill me if i un-installed this mod.
