this extension is beautiful, however why now group the quiz_ templates ?
Thanks. |
This is a great idea and looks pretty good. Many thanks!
I'm finding myself frustrated, though, because I can't figure out how to show results upon completion of the quiz. Seems like this should be standard, rather than having results sent to the PM inbox. Which I personally find kinda annoying! Not to mention that an error message is generated if a quiz-taker has turned off PMs. (It's the same error that occurs if inboxes are full.) I tried commenting out the PM section of quiz.php, but all that does is stop the sending of PMs ... it doesn't make the results appear on the quiz page itself. Wish I wasn't hopelessly ignorant when it comes to coding! vBQuiz 1.0 and vBstory are the two hacks I miss most from vB2! |
Not working for me.
I have vb3.5.3 installed. Error: Fatal error: Unable to proceed with save while $errors array is not empty in class vb_datamanager_pm in /includes/class_dm.php on line 758 |
Could you please re-upload some preview images? (the links on the other page a dead) :)
Thank you. |

I've read the thread and can't see an answer to this, though others have asked it.
What is the correct procedure, where you have the quiz installed on 3.0 and are going to upgrade to 3.5? Do you need to uninstall the quiz first and then reinstall after the upgrade? Or can the same database be used, thus preserving scores etc? |
The scores and such can be preserved, Mark. Just leave it there, upgrade your site, then upgrade the quiz mod.

it has problems at uninstalling...
it leaves some parts behind itself... like inferno quiz section at navigation and vb options list... |
