Why would it, this is a VB4 add-on.

the idea is good, the execution not so much

it is not compatible with vbulletin builtin email ban list
not compatible with mods like spam-o-matic that add a maintained junk mail filter
it could be implemented without any database change

I just installed and everything work great, but the Verify Email navbar is broken and need little tweaks with breadcrumbs.
And no code field in Mobile style register form.
