Can someone briefly explain how to update this to the new version please?

It's basically the same as installing, except you don't need to reconfigure most times.
Just upload the files and import the product file in the Manage Products area and import the Language file in the Language area. Don't reimport the vehicle make/model file.

Is there any way you can get new garage and comments to show up in new posts, or Whats new?

There is nothing in there right now to do it. I'll add it as a request on my site and see what I can do though.

I tried to upload some pics and this is what I got. I tried 4 pics and 1 pdf file.

Ok got some errors cut down, but I still get this now. I have no idea what this means or how to fix it.

There was no /1/ folder so I added that. Which didn't help. I also can't find this function.move-uploaded-file anywhere. And I'm unsure of why it says permission denied.

Usually it's a permission issue with the way the server is setup.
Try changing the images/garage/attach folder and any folders underneath it to permission of 777. That will usually fix it.

I changed both folders to 777 and still got this error.

Odd. I would change it then go back to it and it would change to 755. It's working now for some reason.
