How does staff edit and delete shouts? It says there is a list of admin commands in this thread. Where is the list?

/prune (Clears the shoutbox completely)
/prune [username] (Clears all shouts posted by specified user)

I am experiencing two problems. Hoping someone can clear them up for me.

1. Former admins can still use the prune feature. For the life of me I cant figure out why. They are just regular users now and I have confirmed that just the two former admins can do this.

2. I want to restrict certain staff members from pruning. How do I shut this off?

I honestly have looked EVERYWHERE........

I need a little insight. Some how another admin added two shoutboxes on the current website. This has generated this error "Warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in [path]/includes/functions.php(1443) : eval()'d code on line 5" , which doesn't allow access to the admincp. Does anybody have an idea how to disable the shoutboxes without access to the admincp? There must be a file or folder that I can move in the Cpanel that will allow me to get into the admincp again. Searching for the error gives me nothing I can use.

Hi friends text color to red I write something I call bi go down the page I have and he repeated the red color turns to black, so I at another site mode was used to make and there was no problem, but I own a shoutbox ta have this problem other bi version I used ondada chat page itself I did not renew something that the others did not write anything if yazıyodum 2 min has written something I did not see the page on these issues Refresh their yazdıkalrını Can you help please

I help my problem, my english more than anybody does edicek some places may have been misspelled
