Having an issue where the top referrers stat is counting incorrectly (saying someone has more than they actually do). Is there a known fix for this or way to manually correct it?

iraqiboy90 05-08-2015 08:41 PM

Please add: thread trimming also include the prefixes

I've used this for years now great mod but I had my first problem recently if I enable the auto-refresh my cpu load increases from e.g. 0.50 to 6.00 and stays there.

It's a bug with this feature. I've reported this previously... but apparently not fixed yet...

I'm really starting to question "hottest threads" mine is set for within 14 days and forum is closed so unregistered users can't view but get I have a thread for e.g. Has been viewed 45 times but if you check "who has read thread" only 2 users have how is this possible? I don't think the same 2 users have viewed that thread that many times lol.

After update from 4.2.2 -> 4.2.3 i get error messages under forum stats...

"Error: Check startup item options"

Guido64 09-25-2015 05:18 PM

Same here after upgrade to 4.2.3 it shows errors like:
file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/proc/loadavg) is not within the allowed path(s):

Max_69 10-08-2015 05:16 AM

Please...upgrade this mode for vb5!!

Max_69 10-10-2015 07:26 AM

Is possible?

ageurtse 11-25-2015 10:21 AM

MY top stats aren't working when going to te website without www in front of the webadres.

The stats remain blank when it is not working. in all other cases the stats are displayed right.

http://zeewaterforum.info/forums/ <- goes wrong

http://www.zeewaterforum.info/forums/ <- goes good

why is this happening.

Haseenvilla 11-25-2015 11:23 AM

Alan_SP 11-25-2015 10:11 PM

To enable it again, as you can read in instructions left by author, go to Quick links (found in navbar)->Enable Top Statistics.

*unistalled: That's just too bad. It's a nice mod. Cannot adjust the width to fit my forum.

If you re-install it, and give me a link to your site, I might be able to give you a CSS selector to add to your "additional.css" template to adjust the width.

john102774 12-05-2015 06:20 PM

I reinstalled it. My website is http://www.rampagepaintball.net/forum.php

After reviewing the situation, my suggestion is to allow the body to be wider by adding the CSS selector to your "additional.css" template:

HTML Code:

body {
        max-width: 1200px !important;
        min-width: 1070px !important;
        width: auto !important;
}

Please let me know if this suggestion is acceptable to you and works. :)

Hello Mark,

That's what I did not want to have to do. I was hoping to modify the module to fit the body. However, thanks for your suggestion.

Hi,

I'm having a small display issue with that mod, the right margin is overgflowing, and this creates like an uggly shift :

If anyone can help me to fix it, it would be great!

Thanks

Ende1 12-07-2015 12:44 PM

hey,
does someone know, why vsa doesn't work for global banned users? we tried it with a test account but while his posts are showing up as usual on the thread view, they are not showing up in the top 10 stats (vsa)

The easiest fix is to widen the body, as in post #1300.

Milobil 12-10-2015 09:08 AM

Thanks it works

Ende1 12-10-2015 11:14 AM

MarkFL, can you help me with my question? I've tried everything, but nothing seems to work

If I understand the issue you posted in another thread, you have found that a user who has been put into the "global ignore" list has none of their posts show up in the stats produced by this product, thereby potentially tipping them off that something isn't normal about their account.

I can't promise anything, but I will investigate this in the near future and see if I can find a fix. :)

Ende1 01-09-2016 06:49 AM

Did you try it out bro?

Ende1 01-12-2016 02:48 PM

Is no one else having this issue?

Ende1 01-17-2016 07:11 AM

Can I contact Valter himself to ask him about this? Is he still a developer?

I'm using the latest Firefox update and the icons are not missing for me.

Check for a conflict from another plugin, or a corrupted browser cache (flush it).

I also have this issue. Using FF 46.0.1

Something must have changed that affects the alignment. In mine, those folders are gone too. But if I run my mouse over it, copy those thread listings, and then paste it into a post - those folders are actually there. Not sure what's happening, but I have the same thing as you, and it didn't happen until the same day as you, right after I received the update.

I'll try disabling and reenabling various addons I have and see if I can figure it out.

Apologies. My version of Firefox updated to 46.0.1 overnight and sure enough those icons are gone for me now too...
