Is there anyway to modify the menu text size in the drop-down menu? I mean, after adding a menu there, there's just too much space left, and it looks weird. I want to know if there's anyway to make it fit the larger text's size.

You must delete the files you uploaded during the install. In /includes/xml/

i delete all files via ftp from includes or admin cp .
and i unistall this mod ..

I'm having trouble with this on the latest version of VB4.2

When I select to 'hide' certain menu items in the config so I can replicate them and arrange them the way I want they don't get hidden. Can anybody else confirm they have seen this problem and if so what's the solution?

Is there a better/more recent tabs mod that has a similar purpose?

I am having the same problem, I even untick and tick again and again, but it is not responding, since i upgraded to Vbu 4.2.

I gave up on it in the end and used 'navmanager enhancements'.

It's really simple and does exactly what the other one is supposed to do.

Change the number of columns in the dropdown menu? default puts everything under one column, I would that lets up to 5 items on a conna, higher puts them in a second column ... is it possible?

How do I add new tabs? I don't see the option

Great mod! But for me, if i select Yes for "Hide "HOME" tab?" it's still showing me the HOME button. Is there any other way to disable this?

Well i have loved this mod for a long time.
Had an issue for a long time also.
Could never get the sub menus to the color i wanted.
Finally worked it out.
It seems to call the color here.
Now i dont have navbar_selected_popup_body at all.
So changed it to ['white'] and the problem is finally fixed.

My question is...
Is this an error in the mod or is my forum missing the needed templates?

I set up a tab sublink, but it is not displaying on the page at all.

Is this mod obsolete now with the addition of the Navigation Manager in 4.2.0?

I stopped using Nav manager and went back to using this instead with PL2. PL3 is pretty much the same so it should be fine.

I upgraded to 4.2.1 and added my new menu to Navigation Manager when I went to uninstall sstab I get the following error in my admincp:

I can see that this is mentioned in this thread earlier but I don't understand what the fix is. I tried looking for this in language and search for evbs_sstab_advanced_menu but was unable to find it. How do I get rid of this?

Make sure you remove all files for that mod. Sometimes weird things happen if you do not. Just a guess...

As far as I know, plugins (even when you remove them) won't remove the files you uploaded and will stick around. Some languages stick around and won't hide themselves and others auto-hide when it can't find the plugin. It's always a good idea to see which files you uploaded for the plugins and remove them after you uninstalled the plugins.

I just installed it and yes it is supported with 4.2.1 as far as I know.

Can anyone help please? My menu option to set/amend tab settings in the Admin CP sidebar has 'disappeared' Don't know when this happened as I normally only change the 'link' on one of my TABS annually. The TABS as set on my forum are working normally but I can't add a new TAB or change the settings on existing ones. I am on VB 4.1.5

I've been using this mod without problem for more than a year. It is version 2.0.3. I have just installed vb suite 4.2.2 with Navigation manager.
Now I can't get this mod to do it's thing again.
The menu items I am seeing are the ones associated with the Navigation Manager of 4.2.2.

Even when I make them all active I cannot get my sstab advanced to work. It is enabled and active.
Does anyone know how to disable Navigation Manager so I can get this mod to work again?

You do not need this mod with 4.2.2, it is not compatible.

I looked at Navigation Manager and it does not have the dropdown from the Tabs which is what this mod supplies quite nicely.

I really want drop down from the main tabs not from menu items underneath tabs.
Does anyone know a mod that works with Navigation manager that will do this?

You can add dropdown tabs with the Navigation Manager.

It is a small process but not to difficult.

1) Create a tab.
2) Create a menu for the tab.
3) Edit the tab and find the setting, "Target Menu" select the menu you just created, click on save.
4) Add links to the menu you created, these are what will show up as the dropdown items in the tab.
