Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.2.8:
Invalid SQL: SELECT logid, username, userid, target, targetid, timestamp, type, postid, comment FROM warnings_log ORDER BY logid LIMIT 0, mysql error: You have an error in your SQL syntax near '' at line 5 mysql error number: 1064 ps - how do you warn the user? I don't see anything about it in their profiles or in the admin ctrl panel. pps - I noticed a significant difference in the time that my board takes to load after installing this... sort of like a pause before everything loads.. any ideas? |

G-Force,
Once again, you talent supercedes our desires...This is prolly one of the most in-depth hacks I've yet to see that maintain usefullness on our sites! Kudos to you! One thing I wish we could enact would be to allow warnings only to take place in forums moderators actually moderate. I had an issue yesterday where something got out of control, and instead of notifying the moderator in control of that section, a moderator went out on his own and proceeded to warn the user. Is there a way to do this? is it already implemented and I just don't know it? Thanks! |
I hacked it, and the links to the warning informtaion dont show on the postbit, and it doesnt show in the profile field.. 2.2.9

Great hack |
I had to uninstall the hack but would like to reinstall it. When I tried to run the install_warning.php file a second time, I got an error:
Database error in vBulletin Control Panel 2.2.9: Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO settinggroup VALUES (40, 'Warnings System', 40) mysql error: Duplicate entry '40' for key 1 mysql error number: 1062 Date: Saturday 21st of December 2002 09:44:11 PM Script: http://www.tutorialforums.com/admin/...ing.php?step=2 Referer: http://www.tutorialforums.com/admin/...l_warning.php? How can I fully remove it, so I can successfully reinstall it? My apologies if this was asked before - I read as many pages of this thread as I could, but there's a ton hehe ;) Thanks! |
I tried running the install script, and keep getting this error:
