I guess we are both confused, the file I posed takes care of the errors, Depreciated PHP, not what you were looking for.

Thought so but wasn't 100% sure of myself thats why i wait for you to respond :D.

Got It. Had To disable Thumbnails.

AH - I had something similar a while back with attachment thumbnails on my site -
- That turned out to be "Image Settings" -- GD <-- was no longer working properly for generating thumbnails.

I installed and changed to ImageMagick 6 and then went to Maintainance and regenerated all thumbnails to fix it.

Perhaps the GD thumbnail generation is a more widespread problem than I initially thought.

EDIT: Just noticed that when ADDING video clips to your library, you also get eregi errors.

I've edited/replaced the depreciated commands and attached them all here.
