I wish I had something definitive as far as a fix, but in all honesty, I was able to start working on the addon again within the last week or so. I had to take a break from it for many reasons including family, and work. In the mean time, while I'm working on fixes and new features, I'd recommend either turning the addon off or perhaps increase the amount of time inbetween when reminders go out. This weekend I am going to go through this thread and gather up all the issues everyone is currently having. I know some are still having issues with special characters in usernames. There are also some back end things I'd like to clean up too. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks. I installed it and have tested it to send mail to one of my own user accounts. It works great in 4.1.2 except for one thing - the "From" email that it sends from is blank. My forum sends emails and they show up from the webmaster email and have the site name on them, but this one sends them with no sender at all.

Also, for a future feature it would be nice to be able to send test messages right from the plugin settings page. Just enter an email to test it and send one right then.
