At the very bottom of the navbar template.
Be sure to add the navbar template to the relevant setting.

Just upgraded to 5.2.2 and the chatbox is a little odd now. There is the normal Active Users tab at its rightful place but at the very right corner, there is another tab for "Active Users" that goes off of the page and some text below it.

That's called the Side block, you can disable it in vBulletin Options.

Question ::

I want people to have 25 posts before they can shout in the shoutbox .Is that possible .. like based on posts permissions.

You would need to change the permissions of your default Registered Users group to not be able to shout, and then create a new usergroup that CAN shout, and then use vBulletin's Promotions system to auto-promote users to this new usergroup upon reaching 25 posts :)

To add it to only one page you need to go to Instance Management, click Edit, then change the Automatic Deployment setting to Disabled and follow the other instructions on the screen :)

i change automatic deployment settig to disable . but how can i add script in " Shoutbox Deployment " for one page . please example
