How do I need to set up my .htaccess file to make this mod work with DBSEO?

I am having some issues with this not saving usergroup permissions.

The issue is my client has too many usergroups and they are getting truncated.

I am using this mod on our site and so far it works nicely for what I have used, which is basically just default plain old static HTML and php pages.

Does anybody have an example on how to access the DB inside this pages in this mod?

I am trying to restore the database table for my bff pages and I am getting the following error when running the import.

#1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MariaDB server version for the right syntax to use near 'Terms Of Service', '<br /><br /><br />\r\n<h2 class="article-sub-hea' at line 2

I am using Phpadmin but probably could skip the error using ssh but what is the problem anyways?

Off the top of my head, I would guess you need to escape the double-quotes before the classname of the h2 tag.
