This is working on vB 3.7.0_beta_3 however I changed the template edit for the user profile page to show up on the new version

It doesn't appear that this is working on 3.7B4. The on/off option does not appear in Usergroups, nor does it show in a User Manager panel.

All the options are there for me. I upgraded from 3.6.8 to 3.7B4.

It doesn't appear in 'Usergroups'

This option is in AdminCP -> Usergroups -> Administrator Permissions -> Can Log in as Another User yes/no

You need to have permissions to see it in User manager panel don't forget.
