I got it to work for me last night. And then I went and upgraded to vB3.6.2 tonight... So I need to go back and make the code changes again. But other than that, worked very well! Thanks.

You are very welcome...........

I am also a novice coder, but I decided to try to take on something even larger... It could possibly be integrated with the Timeslip Database, although it really has its own already.

I am looking through the code for the Fusion Scripts "Garage Module" (www.fusionscripts.com). We had this when we were a phpBB forum and the members loved it. There are already a couple of sites that have it ported (www.fordforums.com and www.dodgetalk.com), but I haven't had any luck getting anything out of the site admins. Eventually I'll have to get final permission from Fusion Scripts to finalize the port, but I don't see it being something I finish in the near future. I have plenty of work, family and other site issues to keep me busy!

I have the "ok" to port Fusion Scripts "Garage Module". I talked to them for a GPL port. I just have not had tons of time. I have not even signed up for an account to download the free port of IPB / PHPBB they have to start :(.

I am using noppids vbpicgallery and the attached image show's you the option's you can add to his gallery....

I have both option's set up on my site, timeslips and vbpicgallery so that the individual owner's can basically add information as they would like....

The item's i added to the picgallery are added by the admin, so if you have a site that is catered a bit different then what my site is based around, you can change that.......If you are into show car's or what ever, you can add "trophies", "stereo", etc.......Where timeslips is pretty much based around your actual car's performance.....

And just to clarify a bit, i am running 3 different photo galleries and the one that is used most often on my site is vbpicgallery, then photopost, and lastly cpg.......

Sounds good. I remember you had said you were going to look into it awhile back, but hadn't heard anything since. The phpBB port actually adds a few more areas to it that the standard script doesn't include. I'd be more than willing to lend a hand where I can as well as being a test site for it.

As far as time, like I said, I'm in the same boat. We just added another child to our family on Sept 30, so that little bit of free time I used to have has been cut down even more.

One of the sites I visit is also running the vbpicgallery as a "garage", but I just didn't like the look of it compared to the Fusion Scripts setup. Maybe it was because I was used to the phpBB version, or that everything was in a single "mod". Plus the option to be able to list the top XX of each catergory (most mods, most $$ spent, best 1/4 mile, highest dyno, etc). I honestly have never messed with vbpicgallery, so maybe the site I'm used to seeing it on is just lacking in their setup of it...

I've not yet attempted to add this to my site. I had sent you a PM about this as well.

I love the layout of the Timeslip Database and the photos of the owner's cars. I use PhotoPost, but don't have it integrated into anything but vB. Appears you have Timeslip Database and vBPicGallery. If that's the case.....that is awesome!

Doug, you definitely gotta give me a H.A.B.U..... Hook A Brother Up :D If you got some free time, I'll definitely be looking for you online to helping me out in the integration.

Thanks Doug for your continued work on this and sharing it with all of us. ;)
