in google chrome when I turn on the sound then the scroll bar of the home is no longer visible, the function of the scroll bar is still there but it is no longer visible.

P.S.
when will the next update.?

That is a bug in Google Chrome, we sadly cannot fix it until the rest of the internet upgrades to a HTML5 capable browser.

I think that that would make development and debugging a pain in the arse since it would make it harder to figure out exactly where the error was occurring :)

After I installed the 4.1.4. update the chat (Pro version) doesn't refresh and keeps on hanging saying "loading...". I uninstalled, reuploaded the files, reinstalled but nothing worked. Is it because my design is still at 4.1.0 and templates need to be reverted/updated?

What next?

Same thing here. I followed the instructions but I can't get it to show when using...

Are you sure instance1 is the actual varname of the instance you're trying to display?

Try turning Automatic Deployment back on, that's the default position and you don't need to add any template code.

Check usergroup permissions in the Instance Management to ensure that the correct view permissions are set.

I love this with 1 exception so far. When I login to use this from my phone (it's an android phone) it shows each post with the coding like font styles etc. Is there a way to fix this?

I've been unable to replicate that in Dolphin Browser HD or the stock browser on Android 2.3.3 :(

Hmmm ok thanks for looking into it. Not quite sure what version my android phone is. Its an htc eris which i got about 2 years ago. Might just need to update browser stuff for it...

On the 3.8 system - there used to be a SB archive in the admin cp area. I have not been able to find this with DragonByte Tech: vBShout (Lite). Is there an admin log when the admin prunes the shoutbox so that the ShoutBox conversations can be reviewed by an admin at a later date? If so, where is that located now? This is very useful and needed tool for management.

hey there, i have the lite version of this and it seems to have problems with usergroups that i have made.

i have made an owners user-group and used the same permissions as admins and they still cant see it unless i also have them as administrator as a secondary group

That called Deep Logging and is a Pro only feature :)

Please do not cross post your issue to both topics. If you do, we are unable to diagnose your issues because we do not know what vBulletin version you are running.

I am having some issues with this as well. I installed it correctly, uploaded all the files and the .xml without problems and gave the folder the correct permissions. Then my site started running kind of slow and I began to get mysql erros forcing me to unistall the product. However I really enjoyed the features of this shoutbox and was wondering if you could maybe help me out. Thanks in advance!
