If I want to display the right column banner ONLY for the unregistered users... is it possible to do? I can't find anything about that.

i realize there's usergroup control involving all the banners as a whole, but what i exactly meant was (sorry for my english!)... is there a way to do a selective control of which banner to display for different usergroups ? i.e. : registered users only view banner X and Y, while unregistered visitors view banners X, Y and Z.

I have the following problem in the threadbit template:

Currently I use adsense as revenue source and share it with registered users.

I have 3 ad blocks in the threadbit (the page that shows a list of threads within a forum). When I looked into the source code, I found that the ads client ids on the same page are different, i.e. within one page it is showing three different people's ads. I quickly disabled ad sharing and would like to seek for help here as adsense's TOS prohibits showing more than one pub id being show on a single page.

Please advice?

Advise what? Don't use #shared# in your threadbit adcode and it won't use adsharing. It takes the shared code of the thread starter or last person to post in the thread for each thread, so it will come up with more than one if they're different.

In the ad management postbit settings, choose the option to show the adcode after the first post in a thread. ;)

Hi, Re my previous posts and the main table resize issue, I thought it I would post a couple of images of my Test forum to show the difference observed. The second image shows what happens if I click on any of the forums (i.e everything resizes but I am not taken into the forum until I click again).

I was just wondering if any of you use the left right columns successfully. I have tried with different image sizes and varying the table width. Problem is most noticeable in firefox.

I accept this may just be how it is, but if anyone does have this working without a drastic change in size (particulary with firefox browser) I would be very interested.

I only use the right colum and for me it works well. The only isue I still can't get to work no matter what I do is to get the damned thing to take on the skin used on the rest of the site.

I uploaded the Includes folder of vbadmangement to Includes folder of Vbulletin Forum, Then upload the Product file (xml), then edited the footer or header template only! Enabled mod from control panel and added some code to see whether it works or not!
But it is not working! i can't figure it out where i m going wrong!
Please i need urgent help

I don't know, but I would have thought so. You may need to use $GLOBALS[header_advertisement] instead of $header_advertisement etc for the template edits.

You could try posting screenshots of your settings I suppose. :) It's hard to say, there's not a lot that can go wrong really.

It's one of the default options.

I do have that clicked yes, but they still only show up after the first post on the first page. I also have yes for after last post, but they do not show there either... Am I missing a template edit somewhere maybe?

That's the read-me file. You don't upload it anywhere. It's just the instructions.

Add the word register to the THIS_SCRIPT exclusions on the General Settings page.

Looks like I forgot to change the instructions for that setting, try register|private. It must be separated using your custom delimiter set near the top of the Global Settings page.
