Crist thanks for the great mod however im having a problem.. im trying to make it Valid XHTML and it only seems to have 2 errors... ok but the problem is that when i change the simple errors they dont show up or even change.... i edited the any media template which is where the errors are and when you refresh the page it dont show the templates being edited...

here is a example in any media template:

but the problem is when i add the alt tag in there and refresh the page its still giving me the same error no alt tag when its in there and even if you view the source it dont show the alt tag there... any help on this?

I am having problems getting a YouTube video to play, the flash player simply shows a white blank screen (doesn't load), when I turn off AnyMedia override in the admin settings, this same flash player is loaded and still doesn't work.

I have installed vbulletin by default , then install anymedia mod but doesn't work . Topic with media code always turns blank . It is very strange, my server is virtual dedicated from godaddy.com
I test default vbulletin with anymedia hack on other sharing host and it works correctly .
has godaddy.com banned this script or something like that....?:confused:

and thought that i should take more time to find out how to get the real video to it.

make sure you put Class_AnyMedia.php into the includes dir of your forum

Threads whithout media code work well , I have installed default vbulletin 3.5.4 without any hack mods, so only anymedia .

Is it just me or has this hack stopped working with Youtube (shows: Failed!) and Google Video (shows: unsupported URL)? None of my formerly working links will play this morning...

i think its just you cause mine works fine.

Mine says failed as well. I just installed it. I'll recheck all the settings.

I'm using version 3.6 RC1 so maybe that is the reason?

I had the use player for youtube option and I didn't have curlinit thingy installed.

I think some my old post having same problem. they didnot show fail or unsupported URl but It wont load the movie / music. it stay there and not running at all.

if you put this below link on browser it work fine but if you put in your site. they stuck at LOADING. or May be just Me only

if your using "play google through proxy" . you will get the url parse error.

if you disable the proxy . the video is loading but stuck and wont play.

but some videos still working. dont know why

Will the hack work properly with vbadvanced? I tested a youtube url to post on my homepage (I usually embed the video) and nothing displayed except for the media player border and the "download" link at the bottom.

I've fixed the problems I was having except with Google...

I'm using this code in the editor_toolbar_on template. I don't get the M media.gif image. If I take out the if condition, the image does show up.

In my anymedia bb code options, it is set to use the system. Any ideas?

I was able to get it by changing the line <if condition="$show['anymedia_bbcode']"> to <if condition="$vboptions['anymediaenable']">

However, I don't know if that is actually the fix, or just a workaround.

can I upload the video by converting it to any standard format and play the video from post with this code?
