And does it erase the shout msgs's after XShouts To Display. Doesn't it save it so you can click page 2 and see the rest?

I'm afraid not, no. It doesn't auto prune shouts, you can do so by using the commands shown in the main post.

Zero Tolerance, I dont want to prune it. I want to keep all the msgs stored in db. But I want also to display all the msgs. How?

You can change the number of messages shown in the vbulletin options.
