I have been using this for years and it still works well on 4.2.2.

One question I have is that my new pages always are titles Tags - whatever I name the page - How can I change the "Tags" title? I could probably change a phrase but is there some other way? I mean is this built like this or is something wrong with my set up?

I'm not sure what you mean about the activity stream but yes you can easily ad adsense.

I never saw this. Sorry friend.

It isn't really necessary because you can add pages using other methods or the cms but it does make adding basic html pages very simple. i use it for error pages, privacy notice, that type of thing.
