Can't you just release a black PSD file? Something blank so we can customize it?

I can't due to the logo being a trademarks symbol

only working on my forum section. How do I get it to apply to full site...???

**update** I have been able to get it to work everywhere except the "home" section.

Go to home tab > click ont he pencil icon. Switch it to inherit. Also check the other settings in there.

How would you make the CMS a 2 column lay with the middle stretched all the way to the left? Is this possible?

Any CMS Structure is possible. You can either use a pre-set one in the grids location, or code up a custom one for a nice look.
