Find: {vb:rawphrase control_panel} and replace with: {vb:rawphrase user_control_panel}

Also, there are a few plugins that screw up this style. With the original vB4 skin, there isn't this problem. With ibProArcade, it screws up the .css files, and with some of the vSA (Valter's Mods), in this case, Advanced Registration, the .css also gets screwed up.

Sometimes mods/plugins do not load the additional.css template.
So sometimes you will need to copy the contents of the additional.css to the very end of the vbulletin.css template.

Is there any way I can have it load the stylesheet instead of having to copypasta it? I'd rather have everything as simple as possible.

When starting a new thread, none of the posting option buttons show up. They show in quick reply though. Is this a bug or a setting within the vB, running 4.1.3

That's because of the imagevars. Just go into your Stylevars and point the images to the directory/path that they are in.
