Would love to have this for vb4, had it on 3.7 & 3.8.x- now I'm addicted. ;-)

I have installed this on my site but I have a couple concerns.

1. How does this effect performance on my server (shared Server) once I enable this mod?
2. Is there a way to list what forums I want to include rather then exclude and this make more sense?
3. I noticed that the results this script produces are threads that are listed in our hidden mod forums which are thread results we dont want our members to see, how can I tell this script to exclude results from certain forums for example hidden mod forums?

Thanks
