Make sure the data directory under your vbseo_sitemap directory is set to 777 permissions. Also make sure that all files and sub-directories under the data directory have the same permissions.

you should submit http://www.sitename.com/forum/sitemap_index.xml.gz

"vB-root" should be replace with *your* forums folder name ("/" in case if it's installed in the root)

I do have groups, albums and tags enabled and all 3 are enabled for guests as well, still it doesn't pick any URL's of those. Says 0 URL's in report details. I manually checked the sitemap, the url's aren't there.

I am successfully generating the sitemap files, and they are in the vbseo_sitemap/data folder. However, they are not getting re-written to my www.mysite.com/forums folder (even though the report page says that is where it should land).

How can I diagnose what is going on with the htaccess rewrite? I have put that file in www.mysite.com directory as well as www.mysite.com/forums directory as well as www.mysite.com/forums/vbseo_sitemap directory. Nothing seems to help.

When i do generate for the site map, i get this result and it's not good because it don't list threads, posts into the process, here is a picture

Private subforums are not included in sitemap, since they cannot be viewed by SE bots anyway.
