nice idea i tried to install it, but it wont make the faces..the page loads with the icons but at the bottom the complete made icon is missing, and when i post the icon code in a post it no icon appears
i dont know why cause i put the files where it says uploaded the xml and edit the template :(

but umm wouldn't this use lots of dsik space or bandwidth or something?

and once you create a smilie can you use it anytime with the code it gives you, and can anyone else use the smilie, too?

The code is the same for the same smilie. If someone quotes you he can see the code and use it.

No it does not use lots of disc space.
The bandwidth usage is the same as every normal smilie.
The only concern is the CPU usage, but a forum admin I know with a dedicated server told me it didn't increase the percent at all. :)
Of course this depends on how much the hack is used by the members ;)
