uhhh, then do what it says.

i did nothin still shows up on the screen and i edit all the files right

Go to Manage Products, scroll to bottom, upload new Product. Close Internet Explorer window. Reopen and go back to the admin panel. Now you'll find new settings on the left for vbPlaza.
