Display a message/announcement... cheat = banned from arcade - simple!
If they like playing the games then play them... don't cheat, remove all high scores you think suspect and carry on old boy... just warn them first, then ban... not everyone will cheat of course, so just get the twits first... it'll calm down i hope :)

Ahh...well...yeah. I guess i'm going overboard, but I'm pretty upset right now. I use this thing for tournaments with winners that receive giveaways. I think that's why I'm most upset. Looks like I can't do that anymore...

Please tell me how to cheat. My son keeps beating my high score on a certain game...lol

Anyway, what I came here for. There needs to be a mod added to this. I have 3700 games in operation on my forums. As I add them a few hundred at a time, I find ones that dont work. Since I am the admin, on each game page, there should be a link there for me to easily remove that game if it doesnt work properly. I tried searching around, but didnt find a hack like that already.

One little issue.... if you have a couple thousand games installed, makes it a pain viewing a persons score list..

eg: arcade.php?&act=Arcade&module=report&user=#

This needs to be divided up to show a choice number of scores per page. If you get too many listings on one page, you just get a blank white page when you try to view it. I initially thought I had a corrupt game causing it, but came to the realization that it's actually too many listings. Increasing the various php limits overcomes this... but still, try loading the scores for for a person when it is listing over 3500 games on a single page.. By default, it should be 50 per page as a quick arcade.php edit if anyone can do that... thanks.

See http://myschooltalk.com/arcade.php and try to click on a persons high score listings, and you get a blank page. As far as I can tell, it's because too much is trying to load up. Happens after around 2000 games are installed.

On another note, it would still be good to have a quick link for a forum admin to have when viewing that says "uninstall this game" direct from the arcades view or a game's page.

I set the permissions in the AdminCP to only allow Registered Members who have a minimum of 15 posts the ability to play in the arcade, but anyone can play games, regardless of their post count (I was able to play with my 0-post test member account)

I also can't find this file, and I'm looking through the original zipped files before I uploaded them. I do have a showthread.php in the root forum/, but it does not contain the code mentioned. Also, I went back all the way to 3.6.2 and I can't find functions_showthread.php

Also, are you able to play Live against others with the current version?
( for example chess and checkers 1 on 1 type play)
