I am having problem with the url rewriting of the activity stream of What's New ? (activity.php)

The url rewriting is working fine under the english language for activity.php but it is not working with the french language.

Here a screen capture with english language
Code:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fDly9rRtwM9SIVzAQTD8j-OzIIDLwuGf/view?usp=sharing
Here is a screen capture with french language
Code:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1xejYBTW7eiBoOYU2AT60Jv-uqq_MKPSn/view?usp=sharing
Under french language, the php link is pointing to a unstinting page.

Does someone have any idea how to fix it

Search in translate this:

I think, we are relying on non-supported product..
We have several licenses, support requests seems floating.

Kindly request you to take care of same.. PLEASE.

Of course voted as an EXCELLENT PRODUCT.
Main reason, most sites are still running V BULLETIN

DragonByte Tech 09-22-2018 12:14 PM

Support queries will be answered @ our site :)

vB.org is running on an antiquated platform so support is not handled @ this site.

Your username is the same as your vBulletin.org user name.

There appears to be abuse of the MOD coming from China, see my hosting company's response:

When investigating, it would appear that the emails were as follows:

Database error in vBulletin 2.0.42:

I believe that this may be some sort of attempt to exfiltrate data from your site.

To prevent any further attempts, I have zeroed the permissions on the file.

I would strongly suggest consulting your developer before resetting the permissions on this.

Are you guys going to be changing out data-vocabulary.org schema? It is deprecated now.

Thanks

DB des not readily reply to support requests here so I popped over and saw Fillip note about this as:

"They're marked as optional so there's no change that's needed :)

No change is planned at this time."

DragonByte Tech 03-06-2020 10:24 AM

The google robot doesn't recognize urls DBseo.

If I put the URL without DBseo to google webmaster, it works and recognizes it.

If I put google webmaster the same URL with DBseo, it doesn't work and doesn't recognize it.

There are almost 2000 URLs

Your best bet for support is at their site:

There are almost 2000 URLs

If you have recently installed dbseo (within the past 2-3 month's or so) then you will need to give google the time to update the urls and replace the old ones with the new ones. That process can take several months. I don't have any such issues with it detecting my rewritten urls.

Younicode 05-15-2020 04:17 PM

I do not use the url rewrite of this hack and I have encountered a problem

I set the "Link Titles" section to "Overwrite Titles" in the settings

When a user sends a link (example: http://site.co/showthread.php?t=1010), After sending the post, it will be displayed as follows:

HTML Code:

[URL="http://site.co/-/1010-a.html"]Thread Title[/URL]
But this link is wrong because I did not activate the url rewriting settings and it should be like this:

HTML Code:

[URL="http://site.co/showthread.php?t=1010"]Thread Title[/URL]
Please help solve this problem

Hostboard 04-06-2021 03:39 PM

DragonByte has all but abandoned the VB platform. Even support on their site (at least for VB4) is minimalistic at best. They will only look at an issue if it effects the core of the modification. If the issue is say with Google Tools (as in the DBSeo ability) they will refuse to look at it as the application itself works.

As for DBSeo there is a known DB error with certain configurations and regex that they ultimately brush off and want you to just use a different configuration to bypass the issue.

This message is for DragonByte. I signed up on your site and downloaded mods for VB but it's asking me to provide a license for the other forum modes. To my knowledge I only downloaded VB products but I don't see the download. JudicialCriminals is me. My license for VB is legit. Please send the download links for all of the Mods I selected on your site. Thanks in advance

You will be hard pressed to get any tip of answer from there here.

It is still being supported, just not here. Go to the Dragonbyte website for support.
