Uninstalled. I got many database errors from this mod on 4.1.0

Getting path errors when using the CMS portion of vB 4.1pl2

I ended up uploading the files to the root folder on the server to get it to work with the CMS.

I want to keep the "thanks" in the postbit but remove the Thanked xx number of times. How do I do that?

Installed PHPKD Link Bot Ultimate and the Thank You Hack icon is gone, disable Link Bot and it comes back.
I have read all 80 pages, and so far none of the ideas have worked.
Running vb 4.0.8
I have sent a request to the owner of the link bot, but was hoping there was a simple fix here first.

P.S. For those upgrading to 4.0.8 from 3.84, I uninstalled all hacks except Thankyou hack, I disabled it. Upgraded and added the revised hack 7.82 as per instructions. All thanks returned.

I really hope we can see who thanked us on 4.0+ with this mod one day. 3.8, you can see who thanked you. I've surprisingly had members request this.

There is two phrases in postbit
- The others Thanked me xx times in xx posts
- I Thanked the others xx times

I've installed this in 4.1.1 final and it only add the "Thanks" icon to the first post. I have selected "No" for the "Only work in First Post" option in settings (I did try "Yes" as well but no change).

After upgrading from 3.8 to 4.1.1 I have upgraded the hack but all the thanx-count numbers in the user postbit and profiles are wrong.

Is there anything I could do to fix it? Maybe run a ceratin index?

Try ADMINCP -> Maintenance -> Update Counters

I have recently upgraded from 3.8 to 4.1.1 and successfully upgraded the old hack to new version by changing the max version.

Now, the problem is that all the previous thanks are gone and the counter is set to 0.:confused: As stated in the second post, I upgraded the thanks add-on and didn't uninstall it.

Any suggestion for retrieving the thanks database?

P.S: my question was being answered while i was posting... but which counter should update? I can't see any specific counter for thanks.

The counters should be updated after an update anyway.

Did you do a database backup Before upgrading?

Ehm I feel a little dumb. I've installed bot i really don't know where to go for administration (if there's an administration). Also I'm using postbit (the horizontal one) and I've not understood where to go and what to put in to show the button...

Can someone help?

Read some the previous posts, it tells you how to change the xml file so it will install.
