I am searching the forums for this error now and found a few related threads, so I should be able to fix this myself. I will post again if I have problems.
Thanks for all the help |
bingo. Do you have the inferno warning hack installed?
|
Hi,
I need a hack where users can submit detailed answers to the quiz. What I believe we can modify this in such a way once question comes over then user should get vbulletin editor to submit his response. After the test his responses should be submitted to one Moderator who is set to receive responses for the quiz. Can anybody help me with this modification.. |
OK, I have looked all over this thread found the responses and the fix and I still had the same prob.
Running 3.5.0 A member got this error: Quote:
Went into my PM settings and Maximum characters was already set to 0 (which was stated to be the fix) Figured out that his usergroup wasn't allowed to receive PM's and that was the problem. Any way of checking to ensure PM permissions before automatically sending one upon completion of a quiz? |
Will this work on V3.5.3 ?
|
Yep - works fine
|
Thanks will work on it after work tonight then :)

Database error in vBulletin 3.5.3: Invalid SQL: CREATE TABLE `quiz` ( `qid` INT( 15 ) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT , `q_name` VARCHAR( 255 ) NOT NULL default '0', `q_state` TINYINT( 2 ) NOT NULL default '0', `q_perms` text not null, `q_start` int(15) not null default '0', `q_end` int(15) not null default '0', `q_autoend` tinyint(2) not null default '0', `q_timelimit` int(8) not null default '0', `q_viewanswer` tinyint(2) not null default '0', PRIMARY KEY ( `qid` ) ) TYPE = MYISAM;; MySQL Error : Table 'quiz' already exists Error Number : 1050 Date : Friday, February 17th 2006 @ 04:40:02 PM Script : [url] Referrer : IP Address : 80.3.32.7 Username : Administrator Classname : vb_database |
Anyone know ?

Did you uninstall the product from your admincp or simply remove / replace the .php files ?
If you didn't uninstall the product, you need to remove the quiz tables from your database. |
