Snipers

Very nice first-person-shooter game with nice graphics - just use your mouse to shoot the bad guys! It's the best game I've seen so far in Flash. You are a sniper with a machine gun shooting balaclava-clad terrorists.

Mars Massacre

Very nice 3-D game where you use twin cannons to protect your escaping fleet from enemy spaceships on the surface of Mars. Great graphics and sound.

does anyone know where i can get a program to convert a swf into a .fla file so i can alter these flash games?

You can't.

Unless I've specified in my post that the game is public domain (as in Tetris or Frogger) you CANNOT modify the games because they are copyright. You can play them and let your members play them, but not modify them.
