Would it be possible in forum blocks to auto change the League that is being shown? so it changes every 30 minutes on forum block?

probably a silly question, but when i update, I wont lose any data in there will I ?
And how do i upgrade, just upload new files and re import the xml file ?

Glen, just upload all the files and re-import the xml file and tick the allow overwrite option.
