If they were changed via a method that did not insert username history (vBulletin feature) in the past, or your usergroups don't have access to displaying the username history on your profiles, then yes it is.

Are you sure all your usergroups have access to seeing the username history? Check it in usergroup manager.

I'm not an administrator anymore, but, yes, we do, because I can see my name changes, just not all of them:

Some I can think of include the following: Odd Della Robbia, Jeremy Belpois, Jeremie Belpois and more.

It's also happening to our owner:

Some I can think of for him include the following: The Shadows (sometime in November 2011), Suzuka x Yamato (sometime in December 2011), and more.

We've both had more username changes than that, and they've all been done the normal way.

One of our sectional moderators sent me a PM and asked if this were possible:

Are the "missing" username changes showing up in the member's Profile Change History in the AdminCP?

New features are best requested @ our forum, since they will get lost in the mists of time here on vBulletin.org :)
