If you turn off the vbseo plugin does it work? Do you have error reporting on, on your server?

Strange. Does it go to the correct page, it just 404's at that? Or is it a 500 error? Do you have any special rewrite rules elsewhere that may be affecting it?

Nobody knows what your problem is.

All you put was "followed the steps carefully but did not work". You've then proceeded to insult DChapman and Zoints for not providing support, when they so very clearly do.

You need to say:

1) What does not work.
2) What error messages you are getting - exactly, pasted from the screen
3) If there are no error messages and things are just missing, which things are missing


Just saying "does not work" is unlikely to get a response because nobody knows what the problem is.
