Will this hack work on areas where proxy or dynamic IP ISPs would still connect as users to the forums?

Let me just say this plugin is already making my life much easier in weeding out trolls and troublemakers. I highly recommend this hack people!

This is not working for me at all. I had two member create another account and post. Not getting any PM's. They both did use a test acount that i have used before.

Any ideas?

I have to ask this for all Hacks i have installed if nobody else does and i think i am not the only one who wants to know this.

I install this because I know for sure that my forum has several multiple accounts .
But I don’t understand where and how I can see results…
Any screen shot examples?
You mentioned to edit “member.php”… what does that mean? Should I put “forums/member.php”? Or "www.mysite/forums/member.php”?

where does it say to edit member.php? i dont see it at all... i just uploaded the product and edited the settings...
