I installed this today on my site. The admin section works, but when I or any other user clicks on "Quiz" in the navbar section it takes them to a blank page. The url in the navbar is http://redtailboa.net/forums/quiz.php?

Any idea what is going on here? I checked the permissions and they are all set properly.

Make sure the templates are installed on all styles.

well I followed the instructions exactly. But I also went back to the install and ran a reinstall of all the templates...same problem. Page comes up blank everytime

Do you have more than one style? If you do, physically inspect the style in the style manager and make sure that the templates are there. Re-running the install routine won't do it.

I looked in my style, and all 25 Quiz related templates are there

Ok I found this in my apache error log after trying to hit quiz.php:
