I have asked this question before but didn't received any reply. my question was "is it suitable for large active forums?" when I tested the 2.0 version I found a significant increase on the CPU usage because of the continuous AJAX calls.

Any optimization has been made in this 3.0 version?

Wait, it completely replaces the notification system, AND I have to pay to get PM notifications?

I . There has been a few optimization changes in the 3.0 version. We brought in an optimization guru to do some stuff on it. Our testing is based on our forums, as well as input from you guys. He did mention there wasn't too much he could improv, but he did make changes. I would say a large forum on a shared server would not do too well.

Theres ways to limit ajax calls and how often it performs those calls built into the system and configurable via admincp

It has the option to replace the notification system completely in admincp. You can keep it enabled if you want.

Will there be support for Blog coments?

Added to 4.0 project development.
