A mod can change the admin's name ?

Any way to stop that ?

Not explicitly mods to admins, no. You can, however, set who can change others' names, I believe :)

I just update it and have error i cant have access to profile evrey time i click profile tab and its take me to forum

Doesn't work for 4.1.11

hmmm... works on 4.2.0 PL2

It works perfectly fine on 4.1.11 :)
