vb4 has an auto similar thread finder, but it shows them AFTER you have posted your thread, which is no good in theory and practice... This hack is great!!! Please resurect it"

Does anyone know how this hack impacts the server/site performace? I have concerns that after I install this on my site that it will impact my site because its currently on a shared server.

Any thoughts
