Hi there,
Installed here and working fine, except one small detail. On the screen right after accepting the forum rules (where you request a verification code for the first time), a link called "Have Verification code?" appears, clicking this link the form to enter the code appears for just 2 seconds and then the user is redirected to the main page. Can you take a look on this? You can try this on our forums: http://forums.hardwaresecrets.com Thanks Gabriel. |
This problem still continue...
You have chosen not to accept the forum rules, so registration can not continue. And also nlp_vmail_lostcodetdesc phrases is wrong ! If you lost th verification code , please enter verified E-Mail in Field Below It must be If you lost the verification code , please enter verified E-Mail in Field Below Cheers |
It's working awesome on my end (vB 3.7). It will also work with the Invite System for vB3.7. I suggested that new vB versions should have something similar, verify emails BEFORE proceeding with registration. This will also minimize the need for captcha and reduce unverified accounts. :)

Anyone by any chance kept the previous versions? If so may I have a copy of it so I can compare the codes. Thanks in advance. |
Hi
vMail won't install on vBulletin 3.7.0. You need to edit the xml file and change: <dependency dependencytype="vbulletin" minversion="3.6.0" maxversion="3.7" /> to <dependency dependencytype="vbulletin" minversion="3.6.0" maxversion="" /> I am also facing a problem with the verification image, see the attached image. Also vMail is in "Engrisch". I translated into English, I am sharing in attach the correct English version. Thanks, Gabriel. |
Regarding the image problem I described above, it has nothing to do with vMail but with the fact that I will need to recompile PHP:
If the GD (True Type) option doesn't work, please ask your host to recompile PHP with FreeType 2 support. More info here: http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=266578 |
